 Complete Enrollment Paperwork

After your tour, you’ll fill out a short enrollment form to officially begin the process.

1. Reserve Your Seat with a $1,000 Deposit
   A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your spot in the class. Seats are limited to maintain small class sizes and maximize hands-on experience and personal training.
2. Receive Your Supplies & Training Materials
   Once your tuition is paid in full, you’ll receive all your training materials, supplies, and an official Allure Laser shirt to wear during clinical training days.
3. Class Starts at 9:00 AM on Your Scheduled Start Date
   Arrive on your first day ready to learn! All classes begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Your full class schedule will be provided upon enrollment.

Laser Technician Licensing Requirements:

No prior medical licensing is required to obtain a Cosmetic Laser Technician License.

However, individuals seeking certification as a Medical Professional Cosmetic Laser Operator must hold a valid license in one of the following professions:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Medical Doctor (MD)

Proof of current licensure is required at the time of enrollment.

For those applying as a Medical Director, the applicant must be a licensed MD, DO, or NP. Medical Directors are responsible for overseeing clinical compliance and delegating medical treatments within their scope of practice.
