WHAT IS INCLUDED?

At Allure Institute we offer the 3 day Medical Director Certification and we are an accredited Arizona Department of Health services Laser Training Facility.

Participants in the 24-hour Medical Director Course must have one of the following credentials:

Physician

Nurse Practitioner

MD, DO, NMD

DDS/DDMD with M.S Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

COURSE OVERVIEW

In order to be licensed with AZDHS as a medical director in Arizona, doctors/nurse practitioners must complete a 24 hour medical director course from an accredited AZDHS laser training facility.

Allure Institute offers an AZDHS approved training facility and have successfully helped many medical professionals become licensed to become a medical director.

AZDHS ACCREDITATION

Upon completion of our program you will receive a Certificate of Completion from our accredited training program and it will be submitted to AZDHS.

In the state of Arizona, its required to have an NMD,MD,DO,NP who has completed training as a Medical Director to oversee a medical spa.

At Allure Institute our Medical Director Program course offers all the requirements of Arizona to become the medical director over a cosmetic laser facility. This course includes the 24 hour certification with clinical hands on training and laser didactic training.
